We’re pleased to tell you that Wells Fargo Auto will soon move from wellsfargoauto.com to wellsfargo.com.

What does this mean for you? When you sign on to wellsfargo.com, you will see account activity and service options for your auto loan, as well as any other Wells Fargo accounts you may have. You’ll also see new features and resources available to help you make informed financial decisions. Please note that access to your auto loan through wellsfargoauto.com will no longer be available.

Please watch for more information as we approach the upcoming transition.

New to wellsfargo.com?
You will need to complete the one-time registration process on wellsfargo.com to manage your auto loan online.

Current wellsfargo.com user?
Simply sign on to wellsfargo.com with your current username and password. Your auto loan will be added to the Account Summary page along with your other Wells Fargo accounts.

If you are not a current wellsfargo.com user and would like to continue to manage your account online, you will need to enroll online. Please have your Social Security number and auto loan account number available to complete the enrollment process. Your auto loan account number can be found on your monthly statement or on the Loan Details page in eServices. For additional information about the enrollment process, please see the Online Banking Enrollment Questions.

Visit wellsfargo.com to sign on and view your accounts. Your auto loan will be displayed on the main Account Summary page under the Loans section. From there, you can manage your auto loan by selecting the account tile or one of the task icons.

Don’t see your auto loan account? You can add or remove an account from your Account Summary at any time – select Account Settings from the menu to make any updates.

After signing on, you will see the Account Summary, which includes all your Wells Fargo accounts. Your auto loan will be displayed under the Loans section.

If you want to make payments or manage your account, select the Auto Loan tile to navigate to the main Auto Loan page. For quick access to popular account management options, you can select one of the shortcuts – View Activity, Make Payment, View Statement, or Manage Alerts.

New! Although this page may look familiar as your previous Account Summary, this will be your new Auto Loan page. From here, you can make payments, enroll in automatic payments, eStatements, and more. Select the Account Summary icon and you will return to your Account Summary, which displays all your Wells Fargo accounts.

Your payment options will remain in the same location – from the Pay icon on your laptop or desktop computer, or under the Payments menu on your mobile device. From making payments or viewing your payment history, to requesting a payoff quote, everything will be in the same place for your convenience.

If you are enrolled in the Automatic Loan Payment (ALP) program, your payments will continue as scheduled and no action will be required from you.

Please note: You will be unable to transfer or schedule a payment from a Wells Fargo checking or savings account to your auto loan account from the Transfer & Pay menu. Instead, set up a payment through Make a Payment from the main Auto Loan page.

You can view your loan details, enroll in eStatements, or request a due date change from Account Management.

New! Select Manage Alerts from Account Management to set up an email notification for eStatements or Payment Reminders.

Enroll in eStatements to view, download, or print up to 12 months of statements. Print only what you need, when you need it. You will receive an email when your monthly account statement is available.

You can quickly enroll or view your eStatements by selecting the icon on the Auto Loan page or from the More menu under Statements & Documents.

New! You can access your statements through the View Statements shortcut on your main Account Summary page.

If you are enrolled in eStatements, there will be no changes to your statement delivery and you will continue to access your statements in the same way.

New! Your online account information will move under My Profile. Select from Update Contact Information, Change Username, or Change Password to make a change for all your Wells Fargo accounts.

New! The Help and FAQs will move to wellsfargo.com. Select Frequently Asked Questions from the More menu to view the customer service help section and find information for all Wells Fargo products.
